Parsons is now hiring a Policy and Governance Analyst with a passion for establishing and improving data management processes.Specific Responsibilities:Comfortably communicate with staff; collaborate with stakeholders to integrate policy considerations into project planning and executionUpdate and maintain policy and governance documentation (i.e. manuals, directives, etc.)Lead development and implementation of new standards and procedures aligned with DoD requirements and industry best practicesExplain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiencesEducate, mentor, and provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of policy and governance requirements to ensure adherence to best practices and applicable standardsCapable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance.Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailRequired Education/Experience:5+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree5+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automationPossess a strong data analytics or computer science backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsActive DoD Top Secret-level security clearance with SCI eligibilityPreferred Experience:Prior military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activitiesPrior experience supporting a large team or Branch-level officeExperience with big-data and AI/ML conceptsSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
