People First & Team Collaboration Join our close-knit hospitalist team that works clinically and leads hospital medicine teams. Our team members are based nationwide and travel to hospital partner sites. We are a growing team of 25 acute care certified advanced practice providers. Qualifications Board-certified Physician Assistant. Minimum of 3 years of full-scope hospitalist experience with a passion for teamwork, integrity, and high-quality patient care. Our licensing team will assist with obtaining necessary state licenses, covering the costs. Practice with Your Heart & Flexible Scheduling Work a seven-on, seven-off block schedule with shifts including days and nights. Key Responsibilities Practice in various hospital settings, adapting to complex cases. Manage adult acute care patients, including admissions, treatment planning, and discharges. Lead and mentor team members, participate in meetings and initiatives to enhance care quality. Living and Working as an Ambassador Sound covers airfare and lodging for travel to each site, along with competitive compensation, allowing focus on patient care and city exploration.
