Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Physical Security Application Specialist for our client in the Oil and Gas domain. Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Salary: $45.00-$49.00/Hourly

Role: Physical Security Application Specialist

Primary Skills: JIRA

Role Description: The Physical Security Application Specialist must have 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Administrate S2 LEXEL and Exacq Vision Application.

- Management of JIRA tickets for assigned applications.

- Configure and install S2 LEXEL and Exacq Vision Application.

- Configure physical security tools as per requirement.

- Runbook document detailing the applications and the server details including Vendor Recommended vs. Actual.

- Establish yourself as a point of contact for support for physical security applications.

- Manage physical security applications by ensuring appropriate maintenance including patches, upgrades, resource changes, etc.

- Collaborate with the company’s physical security team and the physical security application vendors to ensure the solutions meet the needs of the company.

- Other duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership.

- Establish positive relationships with primary stakeholders and vendors.

- Document current knowledge and information SMEs and critical team members and contact information.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
