Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Tax Consultant to track and update tax registrations across various entities. This role requires an understanding of tax forms and the ability to navigate agency websites effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Track and update tax registrations for all entities.
• Gather specific information required for tax forms and ensure understanding of form fields.
• Navigate agency websites to understand their requirements.
• Communicate updates and issues effectively.
• Identify authorized personnel for signing tax returns.
• Coordinate updates to maintain the current registration status.
• Support tax filings throughout the tenure.

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of payroll tax experience
• Experience with payroll tax maintenance
• Proficiency in payroll systems
• Familiarity with Workday

Work Environment: The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll tax records. Employees are expected to navigate online systems and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, that is eligible to be remote.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
