Payroll Coordinator Miramar, FL | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $26/hour • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • W2 • Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT As a Payroll Coordinator, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, directly influencing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your expertise in payroll systems and compliance will help streamline processes, support cross-functional initiatives, and maintain audit readiness in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage full-cycle weekly payroll in UKG, including hours, PTO, and vacation verification • Process salary adjustments, commissions, bonuses, and special payments • Audit payroll data and submit final files to Shared Services for processing • Serve as primary contact for payroll and benefits-related employee inquiries • Collaborate on payroll reporting, special projects, and process improvements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and reporting tools • Knowledge of payroll deductions, tax compliance, and best practices • Familiarity with UKG payroll/timekeeping; SAP Financials preferred CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) • SAP Financials • Microsoft Excel • Payroll reporting platforms PREFERRED SKILLS • Background in accounting or finance • Experience building or customizing payroll reports • Strong interpersonal communication for high-volume support LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
