We partner with residential and commercial service companies across the U.S. to help them grow their teams and businesses. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms. Role Overview We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team part-time (20 hours per week). This role will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing assets, including social media graphics, trade show booth graphics, and other collateral that reflects our brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent, professional, and engaging visual materials. Responsibilities Design and produce branded graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create trade show graphics (booth displays, signage, banners, etc.) Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, one-pagers, and capability statements Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and convey a consistent look and feel Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns Edit and format images using Canva and Photoshop Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality Qualifications 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred) Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator or InDesign a plus) Strong portfolio showcasing social media and print design work Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Experience with trade show or event graphics a plus What We Offer Part-time, flexible role (20 hours per week) Opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing company’s brand Collaborative, supportive team environment Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience) Remote work flexibility Equal Employment Opportunity Work With Your Handz is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
