Overview We’re looking for an experienced part-time graphic designer to join our client’s growing marketing team! Reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will take concepts and ideas and create visual representations across digital and offline media. This is a 20-hour/week w2 contract for 1 month to start. Candidates must be US citizens. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. They’ll work independently and with a team to create, maintain, and update various marketing, sales, and corporate branding initiatives, and create content across various channels and formats. A creative portfolio with relevant samples is required for this role. Responsibilities Design content and collateral to support a variety of marketing, sales, and branding efforts—including infographics, ebooks, datasheets, presentations, web graphics, event signage, ads, social graphics, and more Adhere to brand and style guidelines to ensure the client delivers consistent and impactful experiences across all experiences Enhance existing collateral to reflect new features and releases, creative treatments, etc. Collaborate with other members of the Brand and Marketing Teams to ensure the graphic design needs are being met Ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely production of all creative assets while working within project management tools to track work and stakeholder feedback What You Bring To The Team 3+ years of progressive experience with creative graphic design in a corporate or agency environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate technical concepts into approachable and consumable visual assets Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail Advanced understanding of typography, grid, layout, and color Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40-$43 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
