Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist

Are you an experienced email marketing professional eager to make an impact? Our client is seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join their vibrant team on a part-time basis. If you have over 4 years of email marketing experience and are proficient with Salesforce, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of email marketing, including content creation, strategy development, list management, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
Manage the email marketing calendar, optimize send volume, and refine list targeting based on performance metrics and segmentation.
Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, and communication teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time.
Enhance marketing campaigns through improved graphics, personalization, and automation.
Partner with product stakeholders to align and implement effective marketing strategies.
Create and manage automated, timely, and brand-consistent emails, interpreting and applying marketing documents effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in email marketing, with a strong grasp of strategy and current trends.
Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with email performance reporting are required.
Experience in agency or non-profit settings is a plus.
Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $33 - $38, based on experience.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week.
On-Site Requirement: 2 days per week at the Washington, DC office.
