Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Physicians has an employment opportunity for an Otolaryngologist to join their supportive and collegial practice in Muncie, Indiana. Employment Opportunity Details Full-time position Collegial, quality-focused, supportive environment with excellent referral relationships within the group Support from an experienced NP who supports all surgeons Engaged clinical staff with low turnover Large multispecialty group within a single hospital community 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient work Perform surgeries in the main OR and surgery center 1-2 days a week Procedures include tonsils and adenoids, sinus surgery, septoplasty, thyroids, tubes, biopsies, tongue ties Established patient base Call schedule: 1 in 4 rotations Collaborative work with referring providers, hospitalists, and emergency physician teams Minimum job requirements (qualifications) Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology Physician MD/DO licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana Visa sponsorship available; H-1B, J1 (2025 only) Compensation details available upon request via call or text IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians comprises over 200 physicians across 49 specialties, committed to providing patient-focused, quality care in east central Indiana.
