Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities at Flex Pest Control include:

• Manage accounts receivable, including updating payment information and processing payments.
• Organize office operations to optimize efficiency.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and service team for customer account assistance.
• Respond to communications promptly and distribute them accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and customer accounts.
• Assist in rescheduling treatments as necessary.
• Perform receptionist duties when required.

Benefits Include:

• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
• Flexible schedule

Schedule:
We are currently seeking a team member to cover the 11 am - 8 pm shift. This full-time position will primarily focus on this shift, providing consistent coverage to meet our clients' needs during these hours.

• Dedicated Shift: You will work primarily from 11 am - 8 pm, offering stability in your work hours and ensuring that our afternoon and evening operations run smoothly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of individuals who support each other and ensure that all shifts are covered seamlessly.
• Full-Time Position: This role entails working full-time hours to support our operations effectively.
• Rotating Weekends: As part of the team, you will share weekend duties on a rotating basis, ensuring fair distribution of workload and time off.
