Office Operations Administrator – Our client in  McMurray needs someone to support overall office activity. This person will encounter visitors throughout the day and maintain the organization and workflow. Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility. $20.00 per hour. Temp-to-Hire.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors and direct call to appropriate person
  • Manage emails and incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule facility usage for meetings and events and provide terms and conditions for usage
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks for office including run reports, keep spreadsheets and maintain a schedule
  • Coordinate facilities management issues and work with vendors for maintenance
  • Create documentation using desktop publishing or PowerPoint programs

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a detail mindset
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy and adept at maintaining confidentiality
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Documentation of all relevant clearances
