Job Description

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our law office client's team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Handles daily mail including USPS, FedEx and UPS
  • Assists with trial preparation, including copying, binders, and conference room set up.
  • Maintain ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration from a law or professional services office
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
