Position: Occupational Health Nurse - RN
Location: Prineville, Oregon
Status: Full-time - long term contract
Clinic Type: Manufacturing
Salary: $52-$55 per hour w/ limited benefits
Duties:
Assessment and treatment of illnesses and injuries
Respond to emergencies and administer first aid
Schedule/evaluate pre-placement, medical surveillance and fitness for duty exams
Perform audiometric testing, vision exams, PFT and fit testing
Provide Occupational Health guidance and support to management
Involvement in medical leave of absence to facilitate return to work
Manage health and wellness programs
Requirements:
RN with an Oregon license
Experience in occupational health nursing or urgent care required
COHN or willing to take the exam
Certified in audio and spirometry
Disability and workers' compensation experience is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills
