Clinical Nurse Supervisor RN (corrections preferred) | Whiteville, TN Facility: CoreCivic – Hardeman Start Date: 03/17/2025 Duration: 6 weeks (potential reassessment) Schedule: 36 hrs/week (3x12s, open availability required per CoreCivic policy) Location: 2520 Union Springs Road, Hardeman, TN 38075 Responsibilities: Supervise daily clinical operations and nursing staff Provide direct patient care, perform triage, and emergency procedures Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with facility and corporate policies Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate care Maintain security and confidentiality of medical records Support accreditation efforts (NCCHC/ACA/JCAHO) Requirements: License: Active RN license (state of employment) Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical supervisory experience (corrections preferred) Skills: Proficiency in Excel, scheduling, and emergency supervision Additional: Social Security card required for facility clearance; fingerprinting on first day Additional Info: Guaranteed 36 hours/week once clearance is pending NOT on auto-offer
