Position: Full-Time Call Center Representative
Pay: $16 per hour, Weekly Pay + Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Shifts (within the hours of 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST)
Location: Must reside in Florida

Job Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll assist patients with their medical-related inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for each individual you help. Your work will involve answering questions, updating patient information, and working with health care providers to ensure patients receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with general medical questions and concerns in a friendly, supportive manner.
Provide accurate data entry and keep patient information up-to-date.
Operate in a call center environment, meeting established guidelines and federal regulations.
Collaborate with health insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing dual monitors and multitasking when needed.
Requirements:

Must be a resident of Florida.
At least 6 months of call center experience.
A stable internet connection and the ability to work from home.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate dual monitors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
