The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing womens fashion industry trends, and supporting business development initiatives to drive growth in the wholesale womens apparel sector. The role requires a strong foundation in fashion marketing, consumer analytics, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new market opportunities in womens wholesale fashion; Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market demand to inform product development and pricing strategies; Develop and maintain target customer profiles to guide merchandising and outreach efforts; Assist in creating and executing business development strategies aimed at expanding the companys domestic and international wholesale client base; Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to align product lines with market insights and retail feedback; Identify and evaluate new business leads, trade shows, and distribution channels to maximize brand visibility and sales reach; Monitor brand performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and industry benchmarks.
