Your journey will start with an onboarding training program to fully understand Schneider Electric and the Global Marketing organization. Throughout your time, you will build a strong and comprehensive view of our business strategy and mission, working with several different teams. As part of this experience, you and fellow interns will be mentored by a hub leader, who will serve as your connection to the other intern hubs and departments internationally. For your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be assigned to a core mission that will be determined in the interview process. Your core mission leader will teach and guide you through your assigned tasks and serve as a mentor during the program. Through our talent market, you may have the opportunity to take on other projects of various lengths (short-medium-long term) to help broaden your marketing exposure and network. Program Requirements: Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program during the entirety of the program Intern must commit to the entire program. Intern must meet the minimum # of hours commitment for full-time and part-time status throughout the duration of the internship September 2024 - May 2025: 12 - 17.5 hours per week Intern must commute to a local office a minimum of 1-2 times per week or as RTO policies require at the time. Located in MA, RI, CT, TN, NC Core Mission: The Digital Customer Relationship intern will contribute to Schneider Electric's digital platforms (i.e. website, mySchneider partner portal) and programs by supporting digital channel experiences with strategies that attract, retain, and excite users. The intern will be part of a collaborative team partnering with a cross-functional network of Channel, Segment, Marketing, and Business leaders. The internship project(s) will be dependent on the current needs of the Digital Customer Relationship team at the time of the internship. Examples include: Customer Experience Journey mapping and identification of improvements Marketing campaign refreshes and creation Updating Editorial Calendars Benchmarking best-in-class digital experiences to create recommendations SEO - A/B testing; assisting with updates, audits, and global navigation The experience will develop skills in digital marketing, web user experience, project management, customer and competitive research, and data analysis. The intern will drive their projects forward toward a clearly defined end-goal with guidance from our highly collaborative team and present results/proposals/outcomes. About the role: Work with the Digital Channel team, local channel managers, and segment marketers to develop and implement plans for content and engagement. Ensure web pages are high-quality and current, identify opportunities to enhance content - ranging from editorial content to products and services Actively participate in update meetings with channel and marketing managers Utilize data to inform recommendations and design customer journeys. Test new digital experiences, communications, formats. Participate in acceptance testing for roadmap enhancements and features.
