FlexiSnake is a category leader specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of innovative cleaning products selling under the brand name Drain Weasel. Drain Weasel is an up and coming brand at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Amazon and others. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Director to help grow our brand assortment. If you are enthusiastic about marketing, ecommerce and driving brand success, we’d love to hear from you! You will be responsible for developing and overseeing our Ecommerce and marketing activities, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 + growth incentives

Location:

• Chillicothe, Il.
• Work schedule - Hybrid (4 days in office/1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an online business plan.
• Maintain Amazon and Walmart product catalogs.
• Review and optimize advertising campaigns and budgets
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
• Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Responsible for content writing of item descriptions.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to third-party marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and provide inventory forecast to ensure appropriate inventory level allocation through multiple channels.
• Oversee Social media team and help develop a social media presence for Drain Weasel
• Oversee Website development and web marketing strategy
• Assist with product development and marketing trends in retail and eCommerce
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar
• Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train eCommerce platforms
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces
• Enthusiastic about e-commerce
