THE WORK

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support the Dynamic Component Business Unit in the Rotor Machine Shop. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineer team, you will:
• Assist in developing and qualifying CNC machining processes, create/refine work instructions, and drive corrective actions based on CMM inspections while collaborating directly with machine operators
• Asist cross functional process walks, identify and execute cost and lead time reduction initiatives, and provide engineering ownership in Design Review Teams and CCAB
• Produce clear work instructions and SOPs using digital twins/AR, establish standard work from engineering specs, and ensure compliance with Six Sigma and ASME Y14.5 GD&T
• Assist as the liaison among Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Quality, and Operations, delivering training, knowledge transfer, and technical support for inspection and CMM data analysis
• Adapt to design engineer changes and help with implementation
• Actively contribute to team based continuous improvement efforts
