About Us: Local Rogers Company is expanding our team! We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill machine operator, assembly, and industrial or auto painter positions. Join us in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key.

Job Details:

• Shifts Available: All three shifts
• Pay Range: $15 - $19 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and assist in assembly processes with precision.
• Perform industrial or auto painting tasks while adhering to quality standards.
• Stand for the entire 10-hour shift and maintain focus on tasks.
• Be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Previous experience in machine operation, assembly, or painting is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
