We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join our growing production team! You’ll help build high-quality storage and camping systems for SUVs and play a key role in our small, fast-moving company.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble full products or components according to clear, step-by-step instructions.
• Rotate between tasks to support different stages of the production process.
• Perform quality checks before and after assembly.
• Package finished items for shipment.
• Meet production deadlines and daily output goals.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Report any issues or delays to supervisors right away.
• Follow all safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a PPH (pieces per hour) manufacturing environment with strict deadlines is required.
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
