Amesbury Gardens located in Lawrence, MA is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician opening. The community consists of 160 units. The work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm with on-call duties shared on rotation. Responsibilities include completing work orders, turnovers, preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and groundskeeping.
Residential maintenance experience is preferred. Experience with general maintenance to include painting, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC are required. Knowledge of Yardi is plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to participate in emergency calls and snow removal is required.
