The Crossings at Lake Mead Apartments is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a 400+ unit apartment community in Las Vegas. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail and be experienced in property maintenance matters.
Responsibilities Include:
• Customer service
• All facets of apartment make-ready maintenance
• Grounds maintenance
• Trouble-shooting/ Replacement HVAC
• Completing service requests
• HVAC certification required
• Strong Appliance repair knowledge
• Prior apartment make-ready and work-order experience
• Light carpentry, plumbing and light electrical skills
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
• Own tools and transportation
• Strong communication skills
