Job Opening: Maintenance Manager

A leading manufacturer and recycler in the injection molding industry is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a high-volume, automated production environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and technical skills in controls, automation, and robotics.

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robotics, and related equipment
• Manage maintenance scheduling and tracking systems (e.g., CMMS)
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Oversee budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Support capital projects and equipment commissioning

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (plastics/injection molding preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens), robotics (ABB/Fanuc), and industrial automation
• Solid electrical background; able to read blueprints/schematics
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, air compressor, and chilled water systems
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Maintenance
• Experience with sustainability or recycling operations
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
