Job Title : Machine Operator - train on 1st, move to 2nd
Location: Saugerties, NY
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 + shift diff

Manpower's client in Saugerties is looking for a hardworking and motivated person with a mechanical aptitude to join their team and is eager to learn new skills and seek a career progression.

Introduction.

- Train on 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, then move to 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am + a 10% shift differential..
- Overtime on Fridays as needed.
- Good starting pay with room for advancement.
- Temp to perm based on performance and attendance.
- Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and prove yourself.

What will you be doing?

- Machine operation such as ferrite machining and operating surface grinders.
- Using various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers and gages.
- Perform mathematical calculations efficiently and accurately.
- Read manufacturing instructions, drawings and quality requirements.
