Job Description

Position Title:  Machine Operator

Wage: $16.05 per hour

Shift: 2nd

QPS Employment Group has a great Machine Operator position at a company in Palmyra, MO. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate machines to produce products.
- Inspect product for flaws.
- Perform secondary operations to parts if necessary.
- Fill out all check sheets that pertain to the job that is being run. 
- Grind runners and scrap parts.
- Assist in any necessary operation in the plastics department, trimming excess plastics with a box knife.
- Package finished product and complete custom/private label assembly and packaging, which could include one or more of the following operations - assembly multi-packs, capping, shrink wrapping, labeling, boxing and sorting.

Machine Operator Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in hot/cold environment.
