Qualifications:  

• LPN degree
• Trach experience a must. School experience recommended but not required. 

Role Overview:
A school Physical Therapist Assistant assists licensed physical therapists in providing care and treatment to students. Their main job is to execute therapy programs designed by the Physical Therapists, which aim to improve students’ physical capabilities, like motor skills, strength, balance, and coordination. This includes instructing and assisting students in doing specific exercises or using certain equipment.

Job Details:

• Schedule:  LPN for Trach care- preschool afternoon class.
• Dates:  9/8/2025-6/5/2025
• Hours:     Noon - 3:30 dependent upon bus. Class Hours are 12:25-3:10pm Daily and will take the bus with student to and from home.
• Setting:  School as 1:1 LPN for a Pre-K student
• In-person ; Part time position and would only work days students are in session.

Key Responsibilities:   

• LPN for Trach care- preschool afternoon class.
• Start/end from family home, taking bus with student. Exact hours TBD as bus is scheduled. Class hours: 12:25 – 3:10 pm, estimated work time noon-3:30 but may be longer once bus schedule determined. this position would only work days students are in session.
