Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care for a locum tenens job in Asheville, North Carolina.

• Duration: 8 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens

• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (rotating); some weekends/holidays as needed
• Volume: Up to 40 patients per day; site average ~20/day
• Practice Setting: Outpatient urgent care
• Supervision: Independent practice; supervising physician provided off-site

• Provider Type: NP (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Med-Peds) or PA (Certified through NCCPA)
• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: Active NC license (NC only; no IMLC)
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Preferred but Not Required: ACLS, PALS, DOT certification
• Experience: Minimum 12 months urgent care/ER/acute care experience (new grads not accepted)
