\nOur Partner, is seeking a full-time locum CRNA to support a high-volume, medically directed anesthesia service. This is an onsite, Monday–Friday, 8-hour schedule with first case at 7:00 a.m. and typical end time around 3:00 p.m., with the expectation that the provider will stay if cases run over.

\nThis role is paying at a Top 10% (2025 market) level for South Carolina locum CRNAs and is ideal for providers who can commit to ongoing coverage and complete weekday orientation prior to their first shift.

\nFor financial planning, a standard 5x8 schedule at the recommended rate equates to approximately $100,000 over the course of the assignment
Assignment Highlights
\n\nFull-time CRNA locum need, onsite, Monday–Friday
\n\t\n\t8-hour shifts; first case 7:00 a.m.; plan for overrun if the board runs long
\n\t\n\tMedically directed anesthesia model with anesthesiologists onsite
\n\t\n\tApprox. 665 surgical cases per month across service lines
\n\t\n\tCase mix: General Surgery, OBGYN, Urology, Cataracts, Dialysis Access, healthy peds (no <3 months and no sick peds)
\n\t\n\tOrientation is required on a weekday (Mon–Fri) prior to start – non-negotiable
\n\t\n\tHPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency
\n\t\n\tTravel (prepaid) and malpractice (occurrence/standard locums coverage) included
\n\t\n\tPay ranked in Top 10% of 2025 SC locum CRNA market
\n\t\nJob Responsibilities
\n\nProvide anesthesia care in a medically directed model alongside onsite anesthesiologists
\n\t\n\tManage 7:00 a.m. first starts and remain flexible for cases that run past 3:00 p.m.
\n\t\n\tPerform pre-anesthesia assessments and participate in postop care as required
\n\t\n\tDeliver safe anesthesia for general, OB/GYN, urology, ophthalmology/cataracts, and vascular/dialysis access cases
\n\t\n\tCare for well pediatric patients (no neonates under 3 months; no complex/sick peds)
\n\t\n\tDocument per hospital standards and participate in OR throughput expectations
\n\t\n\tAdhere to McLeod onboarding, infection control, and safety policies
\n\t\nSkills & Experience
\n\nActive South Carolina CRNA license (required; this job does not indicate they will consider unlicensed candidates)
\n\t\n\tPrior experience in a medically directed model
\n\t\n\tComfortable with the case mix listed above
\n\t\n\tAbility to arrive onsite for mandatory weekday orientation prior to first shift
\n\t\n\tClean/transparent malpractice history preferred
\n\t\n\tCurrent BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by facility (submit what’s current)
