Pride Health is hiring a Histology Technician II to join our client in location Milwaukee, WI 53211. The Histotechnologist performs complex lab tests essential for diagnosing, treating, and preventing disease. This role involves analyzing biological samples, operating lab instruments, and supporting clinical research with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex medical lab tests on tissue and biological samples
• Analyze results for accuracy and reliability
• Identify microorganisms and conduct clinical pharmaceutical trials
• Maintain, calibrate, and operate lab equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, analyzers)
• Ensure documentation aligns with Good Clinical Practice and regulations

 

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or related field (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (preferred)
• 2–4 years of histology or clinical lab experience
• Strong communication, data analysis, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of disease diagnosis techniques and lab safety standards
