A Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) provides psychotherapy and medication management to clients, supporting mental health care access through a collaborative platform. Utilizing Headway's services, LMFTs can establish or grow their private practices with hassle-free insurance credentialing, marketing support, and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates are fully licensed at the Master’s level or above, ready to deliver quality mental health services either in-person or online.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
