If so, then Legal Aid Works is looking for you to be our organization's next *Litigation Family Law Attorney*. Join our dynamic team at a nonprofit law firm to help low-income clients achieve justice in *custody, support and protective order hearings.*

* Busy family law caseload
* Supervised by experienced attorney
* Practice in a multi-county region around our branch office location in Tappahannock, Virginia.
* Litigation, community education, supervision of office co-workers.
* Get into court quickly, gain litigation experience while being closely mentored by experienced attorneys who are prepared to support the work of a new or less experienced attorney.
* Public service experience and Spanish speaking a plus.
* Salary starting at $69,000 annually, plus excellent benefits, including $7,500 yearly toward student loans and other benefits valued at over $20,000.
