Position Overview

As a Licensed Title Insurance Agent , youll play a critical role in providing superior service to clients while managing title-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as Central Floridas go-to title company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and review title searches to identify and resolve title issues.
• Prepare and issue title commitments and final title insurance policies.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary documentation.
• Ensure files comply with state regulations and industry standards .
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating real estate closings , ensuring all documents are prepared and delivered on time.
• Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

What You Bring to the Team

• Licensure : Active Title Insurance License in the state of Florida is required.
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in title insurance or real estate closings.
• Skills :
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in title and closing software .
• Teamwork : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
