Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Analyst II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects within the Legal Department and collaborating with IT, Finance, and other departments. This position requires excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities
Project manage various initiatives and projects for the Legal Operations Team, both department-wide and team-specific projects
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and other departments
Assist in the development and implementation of legal operation processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
Strong project management skills
In-depth experience working with SharePoint and the Microsoft suit of collaboration software
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proactive mindset with a bias for action
