Legal Assistant

Overview:
Join our prestigious law firm as a Legal Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our attorneys specializing in Litigation. This position is based in our Albuquerque office.

Duties:
- Assist attorneys with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle communication with clients, court personnel, and other parties
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Support attorneys in litigation preparation and document review
- Manage attorney calendars and appointments
- Assist in billing processes and maintaining client records

Experience:
- Proven experience in legal administrative support or as a paralegal
- Proficiency in document review, writing, and litigation processes
- Familiarity with Administrative tasks and phone etiquette
- Strong research skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Litigation is strongly recommended.
