Job Description
Marrs Griebel Law, LTD is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join our growing team in Albuquerque. This is not a plug-and-play role; we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, delivers results, and wants to be recognized for the value they bring.
In this position, you’ll manage complex case files from intake through trial preparation, draft polished legal documents, keep matters progressing, and serve as a dependable partner to our attorneys. If you have strong experience, excellent writing and organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage a fast-moving caseload, you’ll excel here. We value accountability, high performance, and people who take pride in doing exceptional work.
Compensation
We offer a compensation model based on billed hours, which allows our assistants to be rewarded directly for the work they contribute.
$75,000 - $125,000 OTE
