Salary: $80,000 + (depending on experience)

Landscape Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Approve and modify all timecards for assigned crews to include: Correct punch in tasks, time, materials, and equipment.
• Review all jobs with the Project Manager (PM) before starting work:
  • Scope and Scale of the Project
  • Markouts
  • Safety precautions - Special machines, equipment, PPE, reporting procedures
• Assist the PM with the Handoff package from the In-House Design team:
  • Construction Plan Review
  • Planting Plan
  • Evaluation review
  • Estimate and Job Planner review
  • Subcontractor scope of work
• Brief and oversee the Foreperson and crew on site:
  • Markouts and any obstacle onsite
  • Logistics of machine and equipment transportation
  • Plant Layout - coordinate with the design team and PM
  • Timelines for work to be completed
• Update the PM
  • Foreperson and crew requests
  • Time and Schedule
  • Safety Infractions
  • Quality Control 
• Conduct safety training for the crews
• Assist in machine and vehicle training for the crews
• Uphold and enforce al Oceanview policies, practices, and processes

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with landscape project management - please do not apply otherwise
• Knowledge and proper care practices of tree/shrub planting
• Horticulture degree or background a plus
• Strong plant identification skills and knowledge of plant materials.
• Bilingual is a plus - fluent in Spanish and English.
• The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
• Must be confident, motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
