Insight Global is seeking a Landscape Architect. This job involves jumping right into creating and working on construction documents and assisting with conceptual design, while collaborating closely with other architects, the infrastructure group, and project managers. The role requires a creative individual who can bridge gaps across different market sectors and enhance building aesthetics with landscape, hardscape, lighting, and plantings. The candidate will engage in early-stage urban planning for large development master plans and work on various projects like streetscapes, community centers, and parks. Networking and client relations are crucial, as the candidate will utilize connections to bring in new projects and build strong relations internally. The ideal candidate should be a registered architect and has 7+ years of experience, with a background in planning being a plus. They should have a dynamic personality, strong networking skills, and be ready to take on new challenges. The role offers great projects and room for growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Registered Landscape Architect

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, with 12+ years of experience being ideal

• Strong background in construction administration

• Background in detailing construction documents and specification's

• Strong ability to lead presentations and client interactions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Revit Experience

• Business Development (BD) experience

• Experience in Enscape, Lumion, and/or Rhino • Strong horticulture knowledge

• Background in planning

• Civil engineering background Federal/DoD background
