Job Description

A leading bank is seeking a KYC Analyst to support the bank’s compliance function, focusing on customer due diligence and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC reviews for both new and existing clients.
• Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence as needed.
• Review and verify customer documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Assess customer risk and escalate cases when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA/AML).
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all reviews and findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams across compliance, legal, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or financial crime compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. banking regulations and KYC requirements.
• ACAMS certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
