Network Support Specialist (C&E-DC) Hybrid (On-site at CTC, 3 days per week) Contract to Hire $20hr About the Role: We are seeking a Network Support Specialist to join our team and assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting network operations, resolving connectivity issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in networking fundamentals, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day network support focusing on basic troubleshooting and issue resolution (e.g., IP address conflicts). Support and maintain network hardware components, including routers and switches . Assist in monitoring network performance and ensuring optimal operation. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve network-related issues. Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. Deliver excellent customer service while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and Cisco fundamentals . Proficiency in troubleshooting common network issues, such as IP address conflicts. Experience with network hardware (routing and switching). Excellent customer service and communication skills . Nice to Have: CCNA or CCNP certification.
