Geo cgi is looking for a Junior Geospatial Analyst to support our client, United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Offutt AFB, NE. The candidate will provide entry-level spatial analysis, assist with GIS administration, and support geospatial tasks that contribute to STRATCOM’s understanding of adversary strategic weapons. This position is an onsite opportunity with the primary location of performance at Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform geospatial data editing and maintenance in ArcGIS Pro.
• Support spatial analysis tasks including overlay, proximity, and terrain modeling.
• Assist in the creation of geospatial products such as maps, dashboards, and web applications.
• Apply data management practices to maintain accurate, high-quality datasets.
• Develop and refine basic automation using ArcPy scripting.
• Support integration of geospatial data into intelligence workflows.
• Assist mid- and senior-level analysts with technical tasks and production.

The following are requirements of the Junior Geospatial Analyst:
• U.S. Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of GIS experience in spatial analysis and editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, or 4 years of equivalent military experience.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and basic ArcPy scripting.
• Familiarity with GIS data management practices and DoD standards.
The following are preferred of the Junior Geospatial Analyst:
• GISP, CompTIA Security+, Esri Enterprise, AWS or Azure certifications
• Experience supporting intelligence or strategic weapons mission sets.
• Interest in automation, advanced analysis, and professional growth.
• Exposure to ArcGIS Enterprise environments and Portal administration.
