We are looking for an IT Manager in Reston, Virginia. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of IT technicians to provide support and administration of user equipment for our office and remote users. This includes Mac, Windows, and some Linux devices, printers, wireless, and the administrative systems and services that support them. Ideal candidates will have a broad understanding of common technologies and the people skills needed to support their users. What you'll do... Manage corporate users, accounts, and communications (AD, LDAP, Microsoft 365, Teams, Email) Provide onboarding and support of users of varying technical experience Manage file shares, printers, wireless networks, VPNs, and other corporate services Influence and implement security policy Build and manage MDM solutions for company and BYOD equipment Purchase and track IT equipment, including laptops, docks, monitors, and peripherals Develop and document processes and procedure for IT tasks and responsibilities You'd be a great fit if meet the following...
