About the Role

We’re seeking a volunteer Impact & Innovation Assistant — ideal for a college student or recent graduate eager to grow in the nonprofit and social innovation space. This role supports our Impact Officer and creative leads in organizing key initiatives, researching funding opportunities, and building the systems that help our programs thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Research grants, funding opportunities, and partnership prospects
• Help organize team meetings, take notes, and manage shared project documents
• Support ongoing impact tracking and reporting for community programs
• Assist in project coordination across creative, tech, and outreach teams
• Contribute to proposal drafts, presentations, and storytelling materials
• Stay up-to-date on trends in social innovation, youth engagement, and technology for good

Who You Are

• A college student or recent graduate interested in social impact, innovation, or nonprofit leadership
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator with good writing and research skills
• Comfortable using or learning tools like Figma, Capcut, or Notion
• Excited about bringing creativity and structure together to make change
