We are looking for Industrial Painters to work in a Commercial Manufacturing environment. Must have experience!

• Temp - Perm position
• Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour
• Monday – Friday
• Morning Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Accepting: Open Work Permit holders, Permanent Resident, Canadian Citizenship
• Location: Dixie Road & Lakeshore Road East (Mississauga)

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Cleaning and preparing surfaces by sanding, scraping, and grinding as needed.
• Coating Application: Applying primer and electrostatic paint using spray applicators, ensuring proper width, pressure, and coverage.
• Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining painting equipment, including spray guns, mixing equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Quality Control: Ensuring proper paint thickness, color, and adherence to specifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Following all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Material Handling: Moving and positioning products within the paint booth using lifting equipment.
• Waste Management: Ensuring proper labeling, storage, and disposal of waste materials.

Additional Information:

• This position may involve working with a variety of metal surfaces and applying protective or decorative coatings.
• Working with gypsum, cement, plaster, castone, fiberglass, etc.
• Using industrial power tools and hand tools
• The job may require working with automated painting systems or hand-held spray guns.
• This role may require collaboration with other manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and effective production.
