About the Role:

Skillforce is seeking Industrial Electricians for an ongoing project in Mansfield, PA. The Industrial Electrician will play a huge role on commercial sites by ensuring all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Pay Range: $ 34/hr

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have an OSHA 10 certification
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an electrician in heavy industrial or construction environments.
• Strong physical ability to work in demanding industrial environments, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience with EMT/RIGID conduit and cable tray installation .
• Flexibility to work at multiple job sites throughout the Mansfield, PA area as needed.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in heavy industrial construction settings.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate electrical system installation.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to coordinate electrical work with other trades and project timelines.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery and control systems.
