This isn't just an internship; it's an opportunity to leverage business intelligence, create impactful tools, and directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and customer service.Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Drive Efficiency: Use data and insights to develop analytical reports and tools that optimize our business practices.Innovate: Collaborate with experienced Industrial Engineers to understand business needs and create solutions that improve service performance and cost.Project Leadership: Facilitate a short-term project, managing technical timelines, communicating risks, and developing contingency plans.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to update warehouse layouts in AutoCAD and refine settings in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).Document & Develop: Create and document best practices and procedures, ensuring organized and well-thought-out solutions.What We're Looking For:You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Engineering.You possess strong problem-solving, leadership, and influence skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.You're proficient in Excel and have experience with AutoCAD.Experience with a WMS is a plus!You have strong interpersonal skills, including listening, coaching, and clear communication.Why Join CJ Logistics!This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, apply your engineering knowledge, and make a tangible impact within a global logistics leader.
