Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join their team. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be an essential part of the operations team, supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Cleaner

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: $15 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm

What's the Job?

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of industrial work areas, machinery, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with painting and surface preparation tasks as needed to support production processes.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, supplies, and workspaces to promote a productive environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or painting is a plus but not required.
