Pay Rate: $26.00/hr to $32.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs.

Position Summary: To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential customers according to company standards.

Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in residential HVAC or apartment/property maintenance
• HVAC trained
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Certification
• Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
