What You’ll Do

As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience while learning the JD Service Now way of doing things — the right way.

You will:

• Assist technicians in delivering high-quality customer service

• Use and maintain company tools and equipment properly

• Learn and apply JD Service Now methods and safety procedures

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times

• Attend classroom training, coaching meetings, and required check-ins

• Complete coursework and skills development tasks within assigned timelines

• Represent and promote JD Service Now Core Values in your daily work

• Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

What It Takes to Succeed

This role is a fit for someone motivated and excited to build a trade career. You:

• Have strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

• Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Are comfortable working indoors/outdoors, at heights, and in various weather conditions

• Have basic safety awareness and commitment to safe practices

• Show enthusiasm for learning — every single day

• Demonstrate reliability, good timekeeping, and teamwork

• Are willing to complete all required training and certifications

• Have basic computer skills
