We are currently seeking part time or full time energetic, skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to drive success in our spa.

- You help hire and lead/develop other massage therapists and aestheticians through example

- You can achieve and exceed sales goals for the team

As the Massage Therapist you are accountable for providing cutting edge, personalized, safe treatments and services that encourage repeat business. You also

• Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers
• Ensure rooms are always neat, orderly, and clean and maintained with supplies and have fresh sheets.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Massage Therapist with 3-5 years massage experience in a professional environment
• Knowledge of (spa / body) treatments
• Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in specific skill trade at Hand and Stone

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must adhere to Hand and Stone Policy and Procedures
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
